HOW IT WORKS

We work through it with you.

We start with the work your people already do. Your existing systems remain the source of truth; AI helps prepare the work, and your team keeps responsibility for review and consequential decisions.

A PLAN FOR YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

Understand it. Build it. Put it to use.

Days 1–30

Understand and choose.

Build practical AI foundations, review how work gets done, and prioritize the opportunities. Agree on one workflow, its success measures, and the implementation scope.

You leave this stage with: A team with practical AI foundations, a prioritized roadmap, and an implementation decision.

Days 31–60

Build and prepare.

Configure and test the agreed workflow. Write the procedures, define safe-use rules, and coach the people who will operate it.

You leave this stage with: One workflow ready for everyday use, with trained users and clear instructions.

Days 61–90

Use and improve.

Support real use for 30 days after implementation. Resolve issues within the agreed scope, refine the setup, and review what changed against the baseline.

You leave this stage with: A final results review, documented improvements, and practical next steps.

We plan for the workflow to go live by day 60, followed by 30 days of optimization. Before work starts, we agree on scope, access, sample information, staff participation, and milestones. If an agreed schedule changes, the 30-day follow-up period still starts at implementation and may extend beyond day 90.

01 / Assess & plan

Start with your task.

Understand the process, the information it uses, and the people involved. Define success measures, data access, and the decisions that need human review.

Choose a valuable starting point.

In the free 20-minute AI Opportunity Call, describe a recurring task, who does it, and the tools involved. We discuss whether the 90-day program or focused training fits, or whether the task needs a separately scoped technical review.

A good first task is clearly defined, repeatable, and easy for a person to check. We agree on the people, deliverables, and fee before paid work starts.

Before committing, you know the first milestone, what we will configure, and what your team needs to provide. We discuss investment on the opportunity call; technical uncertainties are identified before a final proposal.

A practical opportunity and a scope you approve.

02 / Implement & test

Build and test your workflow.

Configure the workflow in client-owned accounts. Test approved examples, missing information, and exceptions against written acceptance checks.

Use accounts and permissions you control.

We help set up the selected tools on the appropriate devices, configure instructions, and connect only the systems you authorize. You keep ownership of your accounts.

We test approved examples, missing information, and exception cases against the agreed acceptance checks. If deeper integration is needed, we explain the additional scope before moving ahead.

A useful setup fitted to your work.

03 / Train & hand off

Help your team put it into practice.

Your team practices the workflow, reviews results, and learns how to handle exceptions. You receive written procedures, guidance for managers, and a plan for continued use.

Prepare your team for everyday use.

We demonstrate the task, coach you through it, then ask you to repeat it yourself. Practice includes follow-up questions, checking source information, correcting a result, and knowing when to stop.

You receive an operating playbook and manager handoff for the agreed setup. Included adoption support is defined in your proposal; continuing support is an optional separate plan.

People who can use and manage their setup.

Clarity before implementation.

We establish the opportunity before you commit to implementation. If the assessment does not identify a practical use case worth pursuing, you receive our findings and recommended next steps, with no obligation to purchase implementation.

The assessment scope and fee are agreed upfront. At the assessment review, we consider expected usefulness, technical fit, software costs, and the effort required from your team. Implementation begins only after you approve its separate scope and fee. The completed assessment remains payable; there is no automatic implementation charge.

What “ready to use” means

  • The agreed task works with approved examples.
  • The user can repeat it and inspect the result.
  • Permissions and approval points are understood.
  • Instructions and a support path are clear.

We agree on specific completion checks for your engagement and teach your team how to identify and correct errors in AI outputs.

After handoff

As your team uses the workflow, we help identify where guidance, corrections, or adjustments would improve the experience.

For ongoing engagements, we can review adoption and refine the setup. Larger changes become separate work only when there is a clear need and agreement.
