Not a lecture.
A hands-on starting point.

A customer follow-up. A cleaner job summary. A better plan for the week. Choose one manageable task, then build and practice together.

01

Start with you.

A guided owner interview and a look at your website help put your business into context.

02

Make your assistant useful.

Set it up in your account, give it clear instructions, and practice your chosen task.

03

Know how to check it.

Review the output, recognize limits, and leave with a process you can keep practicing.

Bring your laptop. We’ll bring the guidance.

  • Laptop, charger, and account access.
  • One repetitive task from your business.
  • A simple example with no sensitive details.

A few things to know.

Do I need AI experience?

No. This class is designed as a starting point. Bring basic comfort using your laptop and access to your own accounts.

What about software and app connections?

Any AI software subscription is separate and paid in your account. We’ll confirm the required tools before class. Voice and app connections depend on supported features and your approval; no specific integration is guaranteed.

What happens after I request a place?

The first six distinct requests receive provisional places; later requests join the overflow waitlist. A provisional place is not a paid booking. You have 24 hours to pay after SMB Sentinel sends the booking-open notice. That window has not started yet.

Is there a monthly commitment?

No. The workshop is a one-time purchase when payment opens. Advisor support and custom builds are optional and separately agreed.

AI can make mistakes. You remain responsible for reviewing its work. Custom integrations and larger implementations are outside the introductory class; outcomes depend on account access and the selected task.

A loose note.
A useful next step.

Practice turning a rough job note into a customer reply you can review.

YOUR STARTING NOTE

“Customer asked about the quote. Still waiting on the site measurements. Need to reply.”

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

A starting point,
not autopilot.

See the example, check the facts, then make it yours.

Fictional, prewritten demonstration. No live AI, customer information, or outgoing message. Your class exercise depends on your accounts and chosen task.
