90-Day AI Advantage Program

Turn AI From a Question Mark Into a Working Business Advantage in 90 Days.

Give your team a practical understanding of AI, a clear plan for where to use it, and one working AI-supported workflow—with setup, training, documentation, and hands-on support.

A free 20-minute conversation about your goals, team, and budget.

YOUR BUSINESS. A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP.

A clear plan. An implemented workflow. A prepared team.

  • Clarity about where AI belongs. A practical workshop and opportunity roadmap help you choose a valuable place to start.
  • An implemented workflow and a prepared team. We implement one agreed workflow, test it with approved examples, and help your people practice their own roles with written procedures.
  • Support through everyday use. The program includes 30 days of follow-up optimization after implementation and a final review of what changed.

We choose one valuable opportunity together and stay alongside your team through implementation and real use. The workshop builds practical foundations for your team; workflow training goes deeper with the people who will operate it.

A PLAN FOR YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

Understand it. Build it. Put it to use.

Days 1–30

Understand and choose.

Build practical AI foundations, review how work gets done, and prioritize the opportunities. Agree on one workflow, its success measures, and the implementation scope.

You leave this stage with: A team with practical AI foundations, a prioritized roadmap, and an implementation decision.

Days 31–60

Build and prepare.

Configure and test the agreed workflow. Write the procedures, define safe-use rules, and coach the people who will operate it.

You leave this stage with: One workflow ready for everyday use, with trained users and clear instructions.

Days 61–90

Use and improve.

Support real use for 30 days after implementation. Resolve issues within the agreed scope, refine the setup, and review what changed against the baseline.

You leave this stage with: A final results review, documented improvements, and practical next steps.

We plan for the workflow to go live by day 60, followed by 30 days of optimization. Before work starts, we agree on scope, access, sample information, staff participation, and milestones. If an agreed schedule changes, the 30-day follow-up period still starts at implementation and may extend beyond day 90.

OUR CONFIDENCE COMMITMENT

Clarity before implementation.

We establish the opportunity before you commit to implementation. If the assessment does not identify a practical use case worth pursuing, you receive our findings and recommended next steps, with no obligation to purchase implementation.

The assessment scope and fee are agreed upfront. At the assessment review, we consider expected usefulness, technical fit, software costs, and the effort required from your team. Implementation begins only after you approve its separate scope and fee. The completed assessment remains payable; there is no automatic implementation charge.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Agree on the scope before the work.

One defined workflow is the center of the program. We agree on the people, business area, tools, connections, session arrangements, support hours, and completion checks in your proposal. Team size and technical complexity shape the investment.

Software subscriptions, travel, custom development, data preparation, and any additional workflows are identified and quoted where needed. You choose which additional opportunities to pursue from your roadmap.

For larger teams or more complex projects, we agree on a suitable scope and schedule with your internal decision makers and IT team.

We come to your business.

On-site training and implementation are available for every engagement. We travel wherever your business needs us.

Visit arrangements, scheduling, and travel costs are agreed in advance. Remote sessions are also available.

See what changed in your business.

At the start, we agree what would make the workflow useful. At the final review, we compare available evidence: handling time, turnaround, corrections, missed handoffs, and actual team use.

Your results review distinguishes measured improvements from potential future benefits. Financial outcomes depend on the workflow, adoption, and how your business uses the time saved.

What does “implemented” mean?

  • The agreed workflow passes written checks using representative tasks.
  • Designated users can run it, review outputs, and handle common exceptions.
  • An internal owner, permissions, and approval points are clear.
  • Procedures are documented and the support path is understood.

A FOCUSED STARTING ENGAGEMENT

Looking for a focused training session?

A focused workshop, consultation, or guided setup session can help you tackle one practical task. We choose the participants, tools, session format, and reference materials around your needs and budget.

You receive a clear scope and fee before paid work begins. Follow-up support is agreed as part of that engagement.

BROADER TEAM ADOPTION

More people or more workflows?

We can scope a broader program for additional departments, role-specific training, or deeper integration. We discuss your expectations and resources, then propose the right delivery plan and investment.

The 90-day program provides a structured starting point. Larger engagements receive their own milestones and completion checks.

WHEN YOU NEED CLARITY FIRST

Standalone Workflow Review

You can also commission a focused review of one process and receive a written recommendation. We agree on the assessment scope and fee upfront. Any credit toward later implementation is written into the proposal.

A focused training session can be purchased directly; the program’s assessment is part of its broader delivery plan.

HELP AFTER THE PROGRAM

Keep the workflow useful as your business changes.

The program includes 30 days of follow-up optimization after implementation. After that period, optional monthly support can provide continued help with your agreed setup.

  • Review team adoption and identify opportunities to improve the workflow.
  • Troubleshoot the setup and make minor adjustments within the support plan.
  • Update documentation and training as your team and supported tools change.
  • Review priorities and propose additional workflows as separate projects.

You keep your setup and documentation either way. No automatic enrollment. Continuing coverage, hours, channels, fees, and cancellation terms are agreed separately; additional builds receive their own scope.

A clear proposal before you decide.

We discuss your goals, team, current tools, and budget on the opportunity call. Your written proposal sets the assessment fee, proposed implementation investment, approval points, schedule, and support arrangements.

Implementation proceeds with your approval after the assessment, so each stage has a clear purpose, scope, and investment.
